Qeyda reads your financial data to keep your books. The most it could ever do toward a payment is prepare one for you, never approve it. Approving and releasing money is a separate step that is yours alone, with your bank's own one-time authorisation.

How your data is protected
Protected by default, from day one.
Security is not a feature bolted on at launch. These are the defaults Qeyda is built on.
Encrypted, end to end.
Everything is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Your financial data is never sitting in the open.
Isolated to your company.
Row-level isolation in the database means your books are only visible to the people you invite. One company can never see another's data.
Never sold. Never trained on.
Your data is used to do your accounting, and nothing else. We never sell it, and the AI that reads your receipts runs on an API that does not train on it.
Backed up and recoverable.
Continuous backups with point-in-time recovery, plus separate daily snapshots. Your records survive a mistake, an outage, or a bad day.
Access locked down.
Database access is restricted to our own servers, and to a small set of authorised people. Every request is permission-checked before anything is returned.
Built for Egyptian law.
Aligned with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (151 of 2020). You can access, export, or delete your data whenever you ask.

- Can Qeyda move money out of my account?
- No. Qeyda is only ever given permission to read your data and, at most, prepare a payment for you. It can never approve or release one. Authorising a payment is a separate step that is yours alone, taken with your bank's own one-time approval.
- Do you use my data to train AI?
- No. AI reads your receipts and helps categorise transactions, but your data is processed through our provider's API, which does not use it to train models. And we never sell your data.
- Where is my data stored?
- On reputable cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with database access locked to our own servers. Some providers process data outside Egypt; the details are in our privacy policy.
- Who can see my books?
- Only the people you invite to your company. Data is isolated per company at the database level, and access to production systems is limited to a small, authorised team.
